Explore Groups

Explore Groups are small groups that meet during the week – some are in homes and some at our church premises, some meet weekly and others less often. All of them have three purposes:
Belonging in Church – relationship-building that gives a sense of belonging and allows people to be more known and more open and to feel more accepted
Growth in Faith – prayer, study and chat that helps people grown in knowledge of God and in using their gifts
Support for Life – practical and personal help from others in the groups, and the chance to be listened to and prayed for

Love Worship

An opportunity to worship in an unstructured way – no musical experience necessary! 

We usually meet monthly at St Clement’s Church on Wednesday evenings, from 8pm. Check the calendar or contact us to find out when we’re meeting next.

Taizé Worship and Prayer

Join us for Taizé worship and prayer on the first Thursday of every month, 7pm in the lady chapel at St Chad’s Church (at the far end of the church when you come in). No need to book – check the calendar for upcoming dates.

Community Connect Internet Café

Community Connect is not really an Internet Cafe, though we have computers available for anyone who wants to use them, it’s more a warm space and a place to chat. A lovely diverse group of people come, its different every week – why not try it and see.

Crafts @ Clement's

Knit and natter, crochet and chat, draw and discuss, make new friends. 

Wednesdays, 2pm – 4pm at St Clement’s Church. We’ve got the hot drinks, you bring your craft! 

Coffee Mornings

Coffee Mornings take place at St Clement’s Church on the 1st Saturday of every month, from 10am to 11:30am. 

Join us for tea, coffee and biscuits – plus a raffle, cake stall, fairtrade stall, bric-a-brac, books… and good company! 

St Andrew's Fellowship

An ecumenical group offering friendship and fellowship. Monthy meetings, usually on the 1st Tuesday of the month, with a programme of talks and occasional fun activities.
