Marrying in church is personal, meaningful, spiritual and beautiful – just as you want it to be!
You are always welcome to get married in your parish church. It is possible to get married in a church other than where you live if you have a connection with it, or using a special license. You can find more information about this on the Church of England’s website.
We charge the standard Church of England’s marriage fee, with additional costs for a verger, technician, organist or bellringers as available/required.

If someone you know and love has died, a Church of England funeral can be held in a church, churchyard, by a graveside, or at a crematorium. This will normally be arranged via a funeral director, but if you would like to contact us directly to discuss a funeral or memorial service you are welcome to do so.
