Our beautiful church hall, just south of York and easily accessible from the A64, is available for bookings.

The Main Hall
£18 per hour
Suitable for parties, receptions, fitness classes, meetings
A capacity of 75 when seated with tables or 90 when seated cinema style. 
10 metres by 10 metres square.

The Large Meeting Room
£10 per hour
Capacity of 26

The whole building can be hired for £23 per hour. 

Payment is to be made in full at time of booking. Bookings will be shown in the calendar as provisional until payment has been received. A refund of 50% will be made for cancellation less than 6 weeks before the event date.

The kitchen is available to all users in the hall, for exclusive use of the kitchen you must book the whole building. Toilet facilities must remain available to church users at all times.
There is a car park with approximately 20 spaces and 3 accessible spaces – this is not exclusive to hirers. There is ample onstreet parking except on York race days.
There is wifi available and screens and projectors etc may be available at an extra charge.
The hall is cleaned thoroughly once a day so we expect hirers to leave the hall as clean as they would like to find it. There may not be another clean before the next person uses the building.
The main hall has good ventilation with lots of opening windows and roof extractor fans.

All bookings are subject to Safeguarding requirements. Our terms and conditions state:
Children’s events must be properly supervised by adult supervision with a minimum of 2 adults in attendance. For parties of over 30 children or teenagers attending, a ratio of 1 to 10 is required. For commercial bookings a suitable Safeguarding Policy should be in place and provided for review on request; failing this St Andrew’s Safeguarding policy and requirements will prevail.
