Community Connect is a space for you: drop in for a cup of tea and a biscuit, or just to use the range of laptops and tablets we have available, or our free wifi. You’ll also find support from your Local Area Coordinator, Sarah Furness, and advice and guidance organisations from across the city.

Our team offers friendly support with phones, tablets, and computers, whether it’s troubleshooting a device of your own, or using our devices to access online services. Learn new skills, or build digital confidence, we’re here to make technology feel accessible and useful for everyday life. It’s all about helping you get online, stay connected, and feel more confident.
